FY 2013 IPPS proposed rule changes for ASCs on display, open for public comment

Proposed changes to the quality reporting requirements for Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) are included in the Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems (IPPS) Fiscal Year 2013 proposed rule, CMS-1588-P (PDF). The proposed rule is posted on the FY 2013 Proposed Rule page of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website and open for public comment through 5 p.m. EDT on June 25, 2012.
