2014 Readmission Measures Maintenance

CMS contracted with a team of clinical and statistical experts from Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation/Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (YNHHSC/CORE) to review and update the readmission measures annually. The 2014 reports describe the measures maintenance activities conducted in preparation for the 2014 public reporting cycle.

Previous public reporting materials can be found on the Readmission Measures Archived Resources page.
